Silk

Introduction

Silk is a shadow creature of little brain power. While being a baby by shadow creature standards, she has already acquired the echoes needed to reach the stage of Shade. She is wild but oblivious, taking multiple hours to make sense of anything that is going on around her. She is very protective and *will* scream at those she doesn’t like.

Physical Appearance:

Silk is very tall and slender, being a Shadow creature, she is made almost entirely of inky black filaments and substance, with most parts of her being merged together to make a distinct silhouette. She has slit light purple eyes that, when she sees something she wants, can widen greatly, and an oval face framed by what can barely be described as long hair, more so a mass of hair-like shape. Her body flows down in a way similar to that of someone wearing a long dress, but is displayed by bug-ish features similar to that of a Mantis, including the grasping forelegs so widely iconic to it.

Outside of the Split Dimension, Silk’s form is reduced to that of a Praying Mantis, however she has enough stored power to shift herself into a human form with the help of a Tempt*.

In this human form, she is described as having long black hair flowing loosely around her pale frame, with side bangs draped over one eye. She is 6’5” and quite bony, but her tight frame is mostly covered by a silk white dress that completely covers her feet, and sleeves that drape down and over her hands. She, at first glance, generally looks like a Victorian goth girl who just rolled out of bed.

Stage of Existence:

Silk has been wandering the Split Dimension for 19 years, so her producer may very well be alive. Through luck and freak accidents, she has already gained the stage of Shade.

Shades: the middle stages, having gained some of the power they crave, they have doubled in size and intellect, almost acting with a conscience. 30% of the Shadow Creature population will reach this stage.
